Guests find their photos with a selfie (AI face-scan), galleries are fully branded to the studio, and every gallery asks for a Google review and an Instagram follow. It is free for 1,000 photos; paid plans start at ₹499/year on your own Google Drive.
How much does PixaConnect cost?
PixaConnect is free for up to 1,000 photos. Paid plans start at ₹499 per year for 10,000 photos when you connect your Google Drive as storage. Prices are in INR.
Why is PixaConnect so much cheaper than other gallery software?
Because your photos live on your own Google Drive. PixaConnect charges for the software — face-scan, branded galleries, selection, reviews — not for re-hosting terabytes of your photos. Connect your Drive and the ₹499/year plan covers 10,000 photos.
How do guests find their photos?
A guest scans the QR code at the venue or opens the gallery link, takes one selfie in the phone browser, and sees every photo they appear in. No app and no account needed.
Is the gallery white-label?
Yes. Your logo, colours, fonts, loading screen, tab title and favicon appear on every gallery; PixaConnect is only an optional "powered by" line in the footer.
Can my team upload to the same gallery?
Yes. Invite second shooters, editors and assistants to your studio team and assign them to projects or specific events with edit access; their uploads land in the same client gallery.
Does PixaConnect edit my photos?
No. PixaConnect does culling, delivery, galleries and studio tools. Editing stays in your own tools and style.
Do clients or guests pay anything?
No. Galleries, face search and downloads are free for clients and guests. Only the photographer or studio holds the plan.
