PixaConnect provides an FTP relay service that enables instant camera-to-cloud synchronization for professional photographers. You are responsible for ensuring your camera and mobile device are connected to a stable internet connection (Hotspot/Wi-Fi).
As a Lead Photographer, you are legally responsible for the actions of the "Juniors" you assign to your projects. PixaConnect is not liable for unauthorized photo uploads or deletions performed by your assigned team members.
You must ensure that all team members you grant access to understand and comply with your studio's policies and client agreements.
You (or your clients) retain 100% ownership of all images. PixaConnect claims no rights to your media.
The PixaConnect app, presets, and sync logic are the sole property of PixaConnect and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for:
We strongly recommend maintaining backup storage solutions (e.g., camera SD cards) in addition to using PixaConnect's instant sync feature.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use PixaConnect for transmitting illegal or non-consensual imagery. We comply fully with applicable laws and will cooperate with law enforcement when required.
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Each subscription tier includes specific storage limits. Exceeding your limit may result in additional charges or temporary service suspension.
PixaConnect reserves the right to modify or discontinue features with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications.

Any disputes arising from the use of PixaConnect will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
