Data We Collect

User Account Data

Name, Email, Phone (verified via OTP), and Studio Name.

Media Data

Photos transferred via FTP. Note: We process these only for the purpose of relaying them to your cloud storage and applying presets.

Technical Data

IP addresses of your cameras and mobile devices to maintain FTP stability.

Purpose of Processing

We process your data exclusively to:

Facilitate instant camera-to-cloud sync.
Enable "Junior Assignment" workflows.
Apply AI-driven presets to your images.

Data Retention & Deletion

Active Events

Photos are retained until the event is marked "Complete" or as per your subscription tier limits.

Right to Erasure

You can request the permanent deletion of any event or account data at any time via the app settings. Under the DPDP Act, we will fulfill this within 30 days.
